Wimkin was founded to protect, preserve and to advance your ability of free speech. In January of 2021, and after 5 months of app store inclusion in both Apple app Store and Google Play, Wimkin was removed from both. Big tech's reasoning for removal was the safety of the users and "objectionable" content. Both Apple and Google (combined together) provided a total of nine (9) posts they deemed against their policy and Safety Content. As you're aware, there are millions of posts, photos, memes and just general overall ideas of individuals that are far more objectionable, violent and even criminal posted on Facebook, Twitter and others yet Apple nor Google Play removes these giants.
Wimkin has decided to join X and Rumble in suing those parties that have demonetized Wimkin since January of 2021.
In January of 2021, the Wimkin app was deplatformed by both Apple and Google Play, simply for providing free speech. An onslaught of attacks transpired in the mainstream media.
Even after winning our appeals on our app store bans and being placed back on the app stores in 8/2021, we have remained banned by Google Admob and Google Adsense and the "big tech ad consortium."
When Wimkin was still relatively small with just 350,000 members, we would average $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 in revenue per day from Admob alone, through a single Admob banner on our iOS and Android apps. We were compensated per click, AND per impression, each time an ad was clicked on or seen. The banner was non-intrusive to our users and as such, was kept static in constant view. Now that Wimkin is roughly 30 times the size we were when banned, we have decided to sue the following defendants for losses exceeding $100,000,000.00:
